Replacement policy

Please check the parcel in front of the delivery rider. If the box is visibly crushed or wet, you can refuse it and pay nothing.

Record an unboxing video (one continuous clip, from sealed parcel to product) for every order. It is required for any damage or missing-part claim.

Report within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with the unboxing video and photos if:

• The item arrived broken, dented or with transit damage (for diecast, this includes a crushed display box)
• It is the wrong item, color or scale
• Parts, the remote or the charger are missing
• It doesn't work out of the box (dead-on-arrival)

We send a replacement within 3–7 days. If that item is out of stock, you get a full refund (bKash/Nagad) or store credit, your choice.

If the motor, receiver, servo, remote or battery stops working within 7 days under normal use, we repair or replace it. You send the item via courier and we pay the return delivery.

• Crash damage, water damage, or damage from wrong batteries/chargers
• Consumables: propellers, wings/foam parts, tyres, bumpers (sold as spare parts)
• Normal wear, scratches after use, lost small parts
• Minor factory paint marks on mass-market diecast (e.g. Hot Wheels mainline)
• Claims without an unboxing video (for damage or missing parts)

Unopened and sealed items can be returned within 3 days. You pay delivery both ways, and we refund the product price after inspection.

Refusing a correct, undamaged parcel at the door without reason means the delivery charge is due next time. After 2 refusals, the phone number can no longer order with cash on delivery.

Spare parts and repair for RC items we sell are offered at fair prices, even after the warranty.
